Account deletion
CourtBeam is the account and club-management software provided by PicklePro Tech LLC d/b/a CourtBeam. You can request closure of your full CourtBeam account in account settings, or ask one club to remove your player profile while keeping your CourtBeam account active.

Delete your full CourtBeam account
Open account settings using the button above and sign in with your phone. Choose Delete your CourtBeam account, review the impact, type DELETE MY ACCOUNT exactly, and submit. CourtBeam shows whether the request is queued, processing, blocked, retryable, cancelled, or completed. A queued request does not mean the account is already deleted.
Full account deletion closes access across every club, asks connected payment systems to stop future membership renewals, and removes or anonymizes personal records where possible. If you are the sole owner of a club, transfer ownership before retrying the request.
Remove one club profile
To leave one club while keeping your CourtBeam sign-in account and other clubs, open that club’s account settings and choose Remove your club profile. This sends a club-specific removal or anonymization request and does not close your global account.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@courtbeam.com and explain whether you need full account closure or removal from one club. Include enough information for CourtBeam or the relevant club to locate the account, but do not send a password, verification code, payment-card number, or other sensitive credential.
Processing and retained records
CourtBeam processes the full-account request in stages and may show a blocker or a retryable failure. Access remains available while processing continues, but account changes and new activity may be restricted. Sign in again with your phone if account settings asks for recent authentication; signing in again does not automatically submit a deletion request.
Bookings, payment, financial, audit, dispute, fraud-prevention, legal-claim, or accounting records may need to be retained. We remove or anonymize personal information where supported, but we do not promise immediate deletion of records that must remain for legal, security, financial, or operational reasons.
