CourtBeam Service Providers and Subprocessors

Effective October 22, 2026 · PicklePro Tech LLC, operating as CourtBeam

This list describes providers used by PicklePro Tech LLC, operating as CourtBeam, for enabled services. A provider is a subprocessor under the Data Processing Addendum only to the extent it processes Customer Personal Data for CourtBeam on a club's behalf. Other processing supports CourtBeam's own business, or occurs under the provider's independent responsibilities.

1. Club service infrastructure and communications

  • Google Cloud and Firebase: hosting, database/storage, authentication and verification, logging, infrastructure and Firebase Cloud Messaging. Data can include account, club and transaction records, content, logs and push identifiers. Processing depends on selected product regions and Google's global service/support operations. Google Cloud privacy and Firebase privacy.
  • Vercel: web application and website hosting and delivery. Data can include requests, IP addresses, URLs, application responses and deployment/runtime logs. Processing follows configured deployment regions and global delivery/support infrastructure. Vercel privacy.
  • Cloudflare: DNS, edge delivery and enabled domain/security services. Relevant data includes domains, network requests and security metadata according to enabled services; DNS service alone does not imply access to all application content. Network and support processing can be global. Cloudflare privacy.
  • Mailgun: transactional email delivery and delivery records, including recipient addresses and message content. Service and support locations depend on the contracted Mailgun region and configuration. Mailgun privacy.
  • Sentry: error and crash diagnostics where enabled, including technical context and identifiers remaining in diagnostic events. Processing locations depend on the contracted region and support arrangements. Sentry privacy.
  • Apple Push Notification service and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: mobile notification delivery using device/push identifiers and notification payloads. Routing and provider infrastructure can be global. Apple and Google may also process information independently for their platforms. Apple privacy and Firebase privacy.
  • Help Scout: customer support messages and relevant account/device context submitted to support. Club data is processed only when necessary for a support case; CourtBeam's own sales/support relationship may be separate controller processing. Hosting and support may involve the United States and provider-disclosed locations. Help Scout privacy.

2. Payments and mobile distribution

Stripe provides payment processing, connected-account onboarding, billing, tax, refunds and disputes. Stripe receives payment credentials directly and may receive business/customer identifiers, transaction details and compliance information. It can act as a processor for some functions and an independent controller for others, including its own financial, fraud and regulatory obligations. The club's connected-account relationship is also governed by its Stripe agreement. Stripe operates in the United States and other locations identified in its applicable terms. Stripe privacy.

Apple App Store and Google Play distribute apps and provide store reporting. Their developer-account, store-user and platform processing is governed by their own terms. CourtBeam may retrieve aggregate store reports for club analytics; app-store distribution is not authorization for an app store to receive all club records. Apple privacy and Google privacy.

3. CourtBeam website, demonstrations and marketing

Google Analytics supports enabled website and conversion measurement, including browser, page, campaign and event identifiers. Calendly supports demo scheduling, including invitee details, booking information and campaign context. These ordinarily support CourtBeam's own business purposes, rather than processing a club's player database under the DPA. They may process information in the United States and through global provider infrastructure. Google privacy and Calendly privacy.

The Cookie Notice explains browser storage, embedded services and current controls. A service being listed here does not itself supply consent or a lawful transfer mechanism.

4. Locations, changes and questions

A provider's headquarters is not a guarantee of exclusive storage or access in that country. Product regions, support access and downstream providers can differ. Contact support@courtbeam.com for the contracting entity and current processing-location details applicable to your enabled services. Required location details and transfer safeguards must be documented before a restricted transfer; this general list does not replace a completed transfer schedule.

For new or replacement club-data subprocessors, CourtBeam will provide the notice and objection opportunity in the DPA, including relevant locations. Keep the club's designated contact current. Any newly enabled notification or other provider must be disclosed through that process; this list does not authorize an unspecified "other provider".
