Account and club relationship

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use only your own account. You must be old enough to form a contract where you live. CourtBeam does not knowingly create independent accounts for children under 13 without an approved parental-consent flow.

The club controls its courts, facilities, events, memberships, prices, waivers, cancellation policy, safety instructions, and refunds. Contact the club for venue or sporting-service questions and CourtBeam for platform or account support.

Bookings, payments, and refunds

The review screen identifies the club, court or event, participants, time, duration, price, tax treatment, and cancellation outcome. A booking is not confirmed until CourtBeam records the server-side confirmation state. Do not rely on a browser return from Stripe alone.

The club is the seller for club bookings, events, and memberships when it uses direct Stripe Connect charges. The amount, currency, tax, cancellation policy, and refund policy shown at confirmation control, subject to mandatory law and the club’s published policy. Refunds appear only after the server records the verified provider result.

Waivers, safety, and conduct

Before a protected booking, the club may require acceptance of a versioned waiver and terms. Sports and venue use involve risks including falls, collisions, equipment failure, weather, illness, and the acts of other participants. Follow safety instructions and stop when unsafe.

Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, defraud, or endanger others; damage property; evade capacity or payment rules; scrape private data; or interfere with CourtBeam, Stripe, or club systems.

Your content and permission to display it

You retain ownership of the text, images, logos, announcements and other content you submit to CourtBeam. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content and let CourtBeam use it as described here, including permission from other people where required.

You grant PicklePro Tech LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format and display that content, and to deliver it to the audiences you or your club select, only as needed to provide, secure and support CourtBeam. We may use our service providers for these purposes, subject to the Privacy Notice and any applicable Data Processing Addendum. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content or authorize us to use it in unrelated advertising.

This license ends when the content is removed from the service, except for copies retained for a limited period in backups, to meet legal obligations or to resolve a dispute. Retained copies remain subject to the Privacy Notice and are not newly published to players. Reports, booking records and other records may be retained where required or permitted as explained in the Privacy Notice.

Do not submit content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy or other rights. Contact support@courtbeam.com to report suspected infringement. We may restrict or remove content that violates these Terms.

Privacy, closure, and contact

CourtBeam and the club process account, booking, waiver, and contact information as described in the Privacy Notice and the club’s own notices. Transactional messages may be sent for sign-in, booking, payment, cancellation, or safety; marketing messages require applicable consent.

You may sign out and request access, correction, export, or deletion through the club or CourtBeam support. Deletion may be delayed or limited where bookings, payments, fraud prevention, legal claims, or accounting records must be retained.
